Tasked with creating something super special for the International Laksa festival, our team, led by Santosh Shah, created something truely delicious.
Welcome to our Szechuan Mud Cab Laksa. Not the cheapest when your focused on amazing flavours and half a local mud crab, but it is worth it. Available from the 1st November and limited daily due to the availability of mud crabs.
Laksa is spicy, fragrant noodle soup found across Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Our version is our own, from scratch. It consists of flat rice noodles in a thick broth made with spices, fresh aromatics, prawn shells, and coconut milk.
Sounds simple. 28 ingredients all balanced perfectly, but we will let you be the judge.
