Snapper Rocks is Territory focused, with a mission of showcase our amazing diverse produce from some of the oldest, pristine environment in the world. This focus goes further than this though. Where possible, we have and are partnering with smaller local companies to ensure we know where our produce is coming from.
We support NT Caught endeavors. We only use our local seafood with a priority to our stocks coming from the NT region. NT caught supports responsible, sustainable fishing practices. We have some of the best seafood in the world available at our door, how could we not showcase it.
We have chosen our beef suppliers, Eva Valley meats in Batchelor and little joe’s beef to supply our all-natural grass fed beef, with no added hormones, GMO free, raised without antibiotics, free range & 100% grass fed for life. Happy cows equals great meat.
We care about our food and where it comes from. At Snapper Rocks we only use free range chickens and their eggs. Chickens that roam free are happier and healthier resulting in a higher quality end product.
